Each tile is sized by market cap, so a handful of mega caps can paint the index green while most stocks are red. That gap between index and breadth is often the most useful signal on the screen.

Look for sector clusters

When an entire sector lights up together, money is rotating. When only one or two names move, it’s usually stock-specific news.
